Deck builder serving Midlothian, TX since 2015

P&S Fencing and Decking was founded in 2015 by Shawn and Philip, two guys who started by doing every job themselves. That hands-on beginning shaped everything about how this company runs today. Because they built fences, framed decks, poured concrete, and constructed garages and shops with their own hands, they know exactly what quality looks like — and they hold their team to that same standard.

Most of the work that comes through the door arrives by word of mouth. Neighbors refer neighbors. That kind of trust is earned one project at a time, and Shawn and Philip take it seriously. They communicate clearly, take the time to understand your vision, and they do not cut corners, even when doing the right thing costs more on their end.

Based in Midlothian, Texas, P&S is the general contractor near you for homeowners and commercial clients across a wide stretch of the Dallas-Fort Worth area. From Waxahachie and Cedar Hill to Burleson, Arlington, and everywhere in between, the team handles projects of any size — from a simple cedar privacy fence to full outdoor living spaces, custom patios, pergolas, detached garages, and metal shop buildings.

Fencing is a core specialty and the foundation of this company. The team installs vinyl, cedar, horizontal, pipe, farm, wrought iron, and pool fencing. Whatever style fits your property and your budget, P&S can build it.

As an outdoor living contractor, P&S brings the same craftsmanship to composite decks, pergolas, gazebos, patio extensions, and covered patios. As a patio builder, we design and pour concrete patios, stamped concrete, and patio extensions that become the centerpiece of your backyard. As a garage builder and shop builder, we construct detached garages, metal shops, pole barns, and accessory structures built to last through Texas weather.

Every project is backed by a commitment to make it right. If something is not where it needs to be, P&S stands behind the work and fixes it. That promise, paired with competitive pricing, is why so many clients in the Midlothian area and beyond keep coming back and keep sending friends.
