Deck builder in DeSoto, TX

DeSoto's established neighborhoods were largely built in the 1980s and 1990s, so many older wood fences and decks are reaching the end of their service life. Our fence repair and replacement work starts with checking post condition, rot, and panel alignment before recommending a plan.

Ten Mile Creek runs through the city and heavy spring rain can saturate clay soil. We set fence posts and deck footings with that movement in mind, and we discuss drainage around posts before installation.

Many DeSoto lots are larger than inner-ring Dallas suburbs, which makes deck layout and pergola placement a practical decision. We plan multi-level decks, covered patios, and gazebos around sun exposure, access, and how the yard is used.
