Expert All Types Of Fences in Midlothian, TX

P&S Fencing and Decking handles all types of fences for homeowners in Midlothian, TX and across the surrounding communities, from Waxahachie and Cedar Hill to Burleson and Grand Prairie. Whether you need a wood privacy fence, ornamental iron, chain link, vinyl, or a custom gate, we build it to hold up in this area's conditions. Midlothian sits on Blackland Prairie clay that swells when wet and shrinks when dry. That soil movement loosens posts and pulls panels out of line when installation is done wrong. Shawn and Philip started this company doing the work themselves, so they know exactly where corners get cut and where they cannot. That hands-on background shapes how every fence on every property gets built. We serve residential properties across Ellis County and the greater DFW area. If you are ready to get a fence that fits your property and holds its ground, call P&S Fencing and Decking today.

Can P&S Fencing and Decking install a fence on a property with an HOA in Midlothian?

Yes, we work with homeowners in HOA communities across Midlothian and help select fence styles that align with common HOA material and height requirements. Check your HOA guidelines before we start so we can build to those specs.

We couldn’t be happier with the work from P&S Fencing & Decking! They installed over 300 feet of 4-foot flat-top wrought iron fencing, along with two 4-foot walk-through gates with self-closing hinges and one 6-foot gate with self-closing hinges. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and every detail was done with care and precision! What impressed us the most was their efficiency..they knocked out the entire project in just two days without sacrificing quality. The crew was professional, hardworking, and kept everything clean throughout the process. Thanks to P&S, we now have a beautiful, secure yard where our children and dog can safely play, and that peace of mind is priceless. We are incredibly grateful for their work and would recommend P&S Fencing & Decking to anyone looking for quality fencing and exceptional service. Thank you for exceeding our expectations!

P&S Fencing and Decking recently completed an addition to our casita to expand the living area, and the results are outstanding. The new space feels modern, open, and beautifully integrated with the rest of our home. They also delivered a custom interior build‑out that truly showcases their skill and attention to detail. Highlights of their work include: ✔️ Clean, high‑quality finishes ✔️ A stunning custom brick accent wall ✔️ New flooring installed throughout ✔️ Recessed lighting and ceiling fan installation ✔️ A fully finished, move‑in‑ready living space Additionally, Phil’s consistent on‑site supervision represented a distinguishing aspect of this well‑run company. His presence ensured clear communication, smooth progress, and exceptional quality control from start to finish. We’re thrilled with the outcome of our project. P&S Fencing and Decking was professional, reliable, and delivered the results that we wanted, for our home addition.

P&S did a great job on a new build fence for a very good price. They responded quickly, were efficient with their work, and I’m very happy with the final product. Phillip even fixed a gate that was damaged by other construction workers weeks after the build, and did it quickly without charging. Initial quote was quick and easy at no cost. Mikie came out multiple times to walk the property with me prior and was responsive quickly to multiple changes I made. I highly recommended this company for any fencing work, and won’t hesitate to use them for any other of their services in the future
